Since November of ’07 I have been seeing Alex for what we call energetic psychology transformation appointments. Our sessions usually last about one hour and thirty minutes. Each session has different purposes for physical injuries I might be feeling each week and after each session I am completely amazed with the improvement in my body.
Alex treats each injury I have and it seems like Alex helps my body heal itself the way it naturally wants to be healed faster than I have ever experienced. I have had continuous tendonitis in my left ankle since I was twelve after suffering a bad ankle break and after the first session with Alex I had never felt such fluid space and circulation around my ankle.
Mentally Alex has helped me in many ways by asking me questions during our sessions and asking me to imagine endless possibilities of connectedness to the moment and tennis that I play. Each conversation provides great leaps in mental confidence because through our conversations we break down walls that seemed to hold me back from achieving my truest potential.
I have competed in six tournaments since starting to work with Alex and I have won or been in the finals of all of them. I believe this to directly show how beneficial my work with Alex is. Alex has helped me become more relaxed mentally and more fluid physically during competition. The work with Alex has definitely correlated to reaching a new level on the tennis court and improving my rankings in singles and doubles!
I am extremely grateful for what Alex has shown me and know that by continuing to work with him I can reach new levels in tennis.
